Yes! I already love it ... 20 different kinds of beer (cause everybody brings a crate), the smell of old carpet and old electronic devices, the crazy people ... It will be great! The Cavemans are in. There will be no chance to bring the video pinball though

Too bad about the VP but as long as you and Grit are there !!!!

Not sure about the 20 sorts of beer this time guys.....some city council regulations have changed and the club probably wants to sell their own beer.....but prices are still very reasonable.....


One note: more than ever we are going to have to rely on people bringing at least one cab.....it's not like RGE where we can get away with a handful of people providing the bulk of the machines....."oldskool" Eurocade relies a lot more on individual cabs so we are going to have to be a bit more "firm" about this....but let's not get ahead of things, first we need a fixed date

I'd prefer to bring Paperboy, but that is nog going down the stairs again ever. The heavy and large beast it is

I'm a bit sad as this week Europe's favorite Arcade Bar got a new floor.

The old floor was wood and was moved from the old clubhouse (before I was a member) to the the current one......I liked the wood floor for its atmosphere .......if only that floor could talk (better not )

However it became really really bad, lots of holes that were poorly fixed and it was impossible to keep it clean in a proper way. So now we have a new floor, I don't know what the English word is but we call it "grind vloer", it's tiny rocks set in epoxy AFAIK.

Less atmosphere but for sure more practical....

Especially with the cozy rooftiles above the bar.

Anyway, i believe its called Strizo flooring.

We have it in my work's office, and they "poored"  our company logo in it, which is pretty cool IMHO.



I miss the Eurocade logo in the clubhouse floor though ..

And though rumors say different, no Asteroids Deluxe was harmed during the process of building the cab!

I bet it doesn't come with the full size cabinet, which is a shame!
