I never had something with it. First they pulled out all the fun by organising a "spelletjesdag" in the "basisschool" from my 6-12 years. At high school I could not care. Into computer games and too young for beer. At university every Tuesday and Thursday were Queensday, so one day a year in an orange outfit is only weird. Also the south was not orange-minded 10 years ago.
Nowadays it is nothing more than a good day to score clothes for the kids, and sometimes a nice vintage toy. I try to be back for coffee at 10.00.
And today I even hate it: planned to work, but my office is surrounded by EHVKING dance party. AAAARGHHH! That sucks. After a full week with the kids, men need to work. Time to move the office. Strijp-S is getting hyped anyway. Parking meters, every weekend some party, not as cool anymore.
