Guys,
I might need a GAL16v8 to be programmed. This way I can play Ghouls and Ghosts on a Street Fighter CPS-1 PCB I'm after.
Is there anyone here that can and will do that for me?

I cannot help you with that, but i do support your decision, Ghouls and Ghosts is a much better game than Street Fighter
