i played around with some filters in PS, but i am not a PS guy

any help appriciated, i have the Original pic here if somebody wants to help out.

I meant only the eye, the rest is pretty much perfect!

Yeah, the Original will be the one i use in the "official"  file, i also like that more because its Original

but as a addition i will give bela one with the eye of his wife  ;)

With the help from Aioros, i finished the Marquee.

Big thanks to him for isolating and vectoring the texture for the background.

Waiting for chris and his "Eye magic" for the custom marquee, i post here the finished files:

first file is colors from the scan :
