Dunno the normal going rate but they don't pop up very often, so I think it's okayish.
200 Euros incl. taxes now, maybe a lower offer will be accepted and he could send the game to one of Love's container-buddies so you wouldn't have to pay the insane taxes.

Yes, I have seen it. But TBH I don't want to spend a lot of money for a game that might totally suck  ;D  ::)
I won't put very much effort (and money) in it. If I get a working PCB for let's say less than 100€, then OK. Otherwise....good-bye ;)

Ist es nicht komisch, dass wir zwei uns hier in englischer Sprache unterhalten?  :lol:
