Need a source for pots.....I need it for my Hang-On restoration.

I did not find anything matching in my local store, there is always one detail missing.

If you have a good source for pots please tell me.

I cannot believe your local dealer had not a single turn, 5KOhm pot with a 6 mm diameter shaft!

It's not necessary to buy those (original) expensive metal pots for home use  ;)

I've never owned a Hang On, but it seems single turn, 5kohm pots with 6mm diameter are quite common, e.g. on Ebay (one of several options):

Also, rs-components.at carries a few of these, but you have to be registered as a commercial buyer to get mailorder from them (which I am - let me know if all else fails)

Videogameparts.com has lots of Sega original parts.... I think there called Arcade fix it now

Totally disagree there. I don't ever wanted to have to disassemble my SW yoke again and I'm very happy I got the brand new original VERY good quality pots in there. If there's anything that can ruin a game it is bad controls.
