Mueter BMR95 adaptor

Hi everybody!
I bought a Mueter BMR95 CRT regenerator which come with 8 adapter but miss one I need #801 for B/N tubes.
I didn't find any connection schematic on Internet. Even on andysarcade start from #802.

Anybody can help me?

I think I have two B/W adapters, I'll check tonight.

The 801 Adaptor have 2 sockets for BW tubes.

Here is the connection pinout. I hope will be useful for somebody else.
