Yesterdays Is Expanding!!

Oh, I supposed this is meant to sit in a higher position...so you plan to leave it on the floor??

I suggest to put it on three columns to rise it at least to table height....narrow shelves, for example, where you can put addition stuff like controllers, games etc.

This sort of thing is what I have in mind....maybe a little bigger so the boxes have a larger space to sit on.

Tonight's Updates.....

Room is basically in order as far as game systems and cabs... but now it's time to fill the room with video game goodness!

Far from finished, but progress so far...

















Now that I have more room to display video game poster and displays, It's time for the big re-arrangement of the room.... Looks just like when I was first setting up the room in 2007!

Now I can start my OCD of the big part of the game room!  I'm going to do a complete takedown of everything... I enjoyed decorating initially when I first set up, but I feel it was under pressure as I was still finishing stuff on the house after move in..

The main goal of the extension was to get rid of the crammed & clutter appearance of the game room!

So.. OFF WE GO!! 

LOL, painting myself into a corner... but I've got to put the goodies somewhere while working! 













And... all those tall bookcases... are BANISHED!  big space hogs!

A few small updates...

Painting and matching up all the "oddball" display cases.  Now they all have matching color and now have lights, thanks to another great IKEA find:  LEDBERG LED light kits!  Just a FYI for everyone: LED is superior to florescent bulbs for your collectibles on display!  No fading due to no UV exposure!  LED: Clean light!









More updates to come soon!  OCD Overload as I re-do everything!

Sonic & Tails are back up on their display stand... and now have an "environment"  .... The Green Hill Zone!!!!



The wall that separated the T2 Pinball is a comin' down! 



Here it sits until new placement on this side!

A Big Truck Arrives!!

This is why! 



So, I needed more Display Case Space for my growing collection, and I searched and searched.... looking for the original style display case I built back in 2007, no luck.. So searched Craigslist for a few months... no luck on anything big enough or matching.. So I had to break down and buy some instead.

Put Them Together!!








Sooooo Much Glass!  Heavy, and my bony girl arms are all bruised up carrying them in.

Ok, Now I have 6 more Display Cases..  at 4' each that makes an additional 24' of video game goodness!!
