Faded vinyl colors on the cpo... how to bring the colour back

Hey guys,

is there some good advice for me to bring back the rich original colour on faded vinyl?
I have my Roadblastes and Brunos Moon Patrol that I would like to polish a bit. Both still look great but the colours faded away a little (which is perfectly ok with me). But if there is an easy way to deal with this... please let me know.

If its because of dirt, the magic erasers do a good job, if its really faded, there is no way to bring it back i think...

i mean whats gone is gone..

i dont think colors are comming back by any kind of polishing

the cab is fantastic, bruno. it is still up here in my shop and people love it so much. you should see the eyes of the people in our age that enter the shop.

Shoe polish ? Be sure to cover up the non-black parts ! AND be sure to COMPLETELY rub in and then rub out the polish so it won't stay on your hands when you play....

But I'd try the magic erasers first...

oh cool idea. i have some of that in my basement. fixed stick one of my mario bros cab with it in 5 seconds. it is a really universal spray.

good cockpit spray (i use the brand NIGRIN) is also a great product to bring out colors on control panel overlays and vinyl in general!

normally i would agree, most cockpit sprays suck, but the one i have is completely different: fabulous smell, always my favorite part of a restoration!
