Arcadeshop dot com - Question
« on: February 24, 2013, 11:07:45 AM »
Hi folks,

anybody has a contact to this guy?
http://www.arcadeshop.com/parts.htm

dropped him 4 e-mails - in case of spam I even made a friend of mine to send him an e-mail - but never never got a reply.

I was hoping to get everything for my centipede restauration (cocktail)....and dropped an "order" of 500 USD....

arcadeshop has some great parts, but the service there "could need some improvement" (mildly put). sometimes it takes FOREVER to get an answer. from what i've read on KLOV, calling him is the best option - everything else can be a waste of time!
all i need is ... PONG - and a select few others: TOUCH ME, DRAGON'S LAIR, JOUST, ROBOTRON, MR DO, SAN FRANCISCO RUSH THE ROCK!!!

Agreed, email is a waste of time.   Call them and they are great, very helpful/knowledgable.   Always had great service from them, good packaging and fast delivery.

I have done e-mail orders with only some delay now and then.

I understand that people who don't speak English natively (or easily) are a bit scared to actually call. Plus there is the time-difference....
