If i open the PDF from zorg in Illustrator, i see this :

That cannot be accurate, 10 x 12.5 cm  ;D

Perhaps someone with original artwork can measure it ?

that would make sence since the cabinet is 85 cm wide at "1"  ::)

EDIT:
Here a adjusted version that has the dimentions as the one you specify:

DKSIDEART565x710mm.pdf

I think i would do the same as sjaak, which is printing the complete side on vinyl including the blue

the one from sjaak looks OK for me so i think i gonna do it that way.

i safe lots of $$ with that

And it looks fine for me, Ok for the die hards of this forum it will be not okay maybe but for me it is good as it is i never saw a real donkey kong cab in my life because in belgium they are very rare so its ok for me :-)

And after all your cab will be a repro, so I guess it is OK not to use the best stuff available.

good luck for cutting out the bezel, one of the reasons why i would have invested a little bit more in something solid ready to be used. and what's up with the cpo? colors seems to be off and the overlay itself looks different from the original!
all i need is ... PONG - and a select few others: TOUCH ME, DRAGON'S LAIR, JOUST, ROBOTRON, MR DO, SAN FRANCISCO RUSH THE ROCK!!!

colors seems to be off

That could be color variance in your screen, in the cell phone camera or a combination. You shouldn't judge colors based on a cell phone picture displayed on an lcd screen. I've seen the original and the red is much less saturated than that.

And I think that's a two player donkey kong control panel...I don't think count3rkill3r was going for an exact replica...

Indeed

i am really very happy with the results

the cpo is printed like i want it 2 players the colors are perfect to me i know most of the guys here will go for the most original result but that doesnt bother me i want to make it my way ,ok mayby this is not the perfect forum than but i want to share IT here just for fun

about the bezel cut that will be a bit difficult but i am sure this gonna be allright
