US color codes are pointless over here.

Sorry, just trying to help.

Yes i got the measure from an other forum

its 71.43 cm at my plan it was 74 cm not that mutch different, now i can
start tomorrow with cut out the MDF :-)

just read your PM. I'm actually sitting in my office next to 4 DK cabs right now ;) ;)
My measurement for 60cm down, front to back is 71,80cm so you're spot on.
GL on the build!

Yup, indeed. I also thought that the codes that someone mentioned on an US forum would get me there but it took days of work and liters of waisted paint to get it right.

Yes I did and I thought I had replied but obviously didn't. The answer is: not sure. I am not aware what the original thickness of the DK cabs was. There might actually be differences between the Japanese and US built cabs. I bet the Jap cabs had a metric-sized thickness, and the US their old-fashioned, weird, cumbersome and long-left-by-the-rest-of-the-world imperial sized thickness.

Considering these were repro-ed in the US it is very likely that they kept to the US thickness...and I don't know how much that is off from a metric size thickness of the same cabs.

I could measure the molding of course...and I have a Japanese built Nintendo cab here...

Just checked, yes the T-molding is 15 mm.

Please note I'm not trying to make any money on this, just want to get this part gone from my gameroom plus help another forum member out.

I offered this at cost price, at least what we paid for it back when it was brand new plus the shipping costs from US to here.

I got the OK from the original buyer to do so.

Not cool.
You offered the product first so why flame me for offering an alternative? I mentioned it was 15mm and it being flat to clearify which i haven't seen mentioned. Why so negative?

No problem. I will buy some on the internet ,

next step is to order the artwork, i think i will do that first before i put the cabinet together so i am sure the measurments of the marquee etc. will fit perfect.

Yup, Nintendo used a specific kind of tmolding (white and flat) so having that makes all the difference. Using Andre's molding makes sure that you've got that covered.
Did you have the sides of the wood slotted yet to fit the molding?
