1) does that matter ?
2) Not silk screened. What do you expect for a tiny market for this ? Color matched to what, a worn out, faded original ? I don't know.....these were done quite some time ago.

Only thing I know is that this is the only available source for Euro/UK Joust CPO's and I am happy to have found them and I don't care if they will be off in color a bit.
Better than waiting for another 3 years, or more....IMHO  ;D ;D And it will improve the looks of my Joust CPO a LOT compared to the ultra-faded and worn out one on there now....not to mention the extra holes of the retro-fitted joysticks...

They're 45 Euro each excl. shipping. If we combine shipping we can save of course, but then the European Arcade Logistics System will have to do it's work again...
They come from the UK.

I can see your need to buy one anyhow André, considering that yours was modified with additional holes IIRC  ;)

PS: have you started the quest for original sticks to put there?
