road riot bad gfx

hi i got a road riot from a user on ebay denny247 he is wel known at klov i won it and when it arrived i hooked it up and it have bad gfx i made a self test only the play field test failed i contact him and he told me it was working when he shipped it all it needs is to reseet the chips i did that and my problem dident get solved any one can help me determent the problem here is a video on youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Che8PUxqzCM

i dont want to make him problems on ebay he look like a nice guy with 0 negative feadback

Yeah it looks like a ROM or RAM problem.  Does it have any self-tests ?

yes it have all self test ram test r ok only the plyfield test its damaged and missing gfx like in the main menu
