Press kit is media reserved to Press people and sometime they're better than simply limited edition.

I've press kit for Space Ace, and Dragon's Lair... but can't sell them as you can understand 
Wow, the ones you're are looking for... are for really modern games! Not sure somebody here can help you on this, but who knows?

I've got the press kit of Alan Wake, but don't consider to sell it.

Press kits of modern games often come with better packaging and better content than the retail version. Besides the game disc (sometimes a beta version, but in most cases the retail version with a different disc label), the special packaging contains a media disc (with trailers, artwork,...) and some goodies like a t-shirt, postcards,....
