So, now I have time to go deeper into that.

Bruno, would you say that the 55 machines max out the 140m² or is there space for more.
Of course you got the Galaxian Theater that consumes a lot of space, but I have some deluxe-machines like the

Hang-On DLX
Afterbruner DLX
Tailgunner II
Thunderblade DLX

and that is it only for the 80´s machines, so they are also way more space consuming than usual cabinets.
I am also at around 50+ machines at the moment and have to calculate what room I will need, bearing in mind that I keep collecting.

*DOUBLE* Twin Daytona USA (playing OutRun2) for yes, 4 players!
Darius Burst EX AC : 4 players
Triple screen/xbox360 setup dedicated to Forza 4
Sega G-LOC *DX* playing After Burner Climax
Starblade
Star Fire *cockpit*

...and not so big, but taking space too :
FireFox *cockpit*
Star Wars *cockpit*
Buggy Boy *triple screen*
Guitar Freaks
...

Yes, I still have some space for more, but ... I'm not really looking for anymore so far... I even would prefer to reduce the number of cabinets TBH. Let's say my 'must have' list is now completed, but I still have a 'nice to have/opportunity' list I'm checking from time to time 
I'm no more fan of game rooms with so many games that you cannot play them or simply walk between them.

4-player simulators are awesome. I look for that for the future as well, but space is already a problem at the moment.
How does that work? Emulation?

Sailor Sat got an 8-Link fully emulated with everything working, Race-leader lamps, view-buttons, start-buttons-flashing, just everything and can change games on the fly....very very cool.
