Wouldn't be surprised if that's a UK built cab. Maybe Electrocoin or Playscene ?

The Cp and the pedals are complete and worked with a Konami GT pcb.

This cab is probably from Italy. Over here they were pretty popular. This is the driving version but we also had regular ones just Jamma with standard control panel and no pedals. A similar one can be seen here.
