Smoke from the yoke

now i have replaced some cab a fuse and refown the pcb i get a funny picture the same as in this topic on klov (dont have camera because parents are on vacation)

now the bad thing is that when i turn it on it really starts to smell bad and there is coming smoke out of the yoke of course i turned it of as fast as i could.
Now i have reached a dead end. I dont know what i can do to fix this monitor i checked the ground on the yoke an if there wasnt a short but every time i turn it on for 0.5 sec i get the smell and i know enough.

Even worse is that i still cant find a manueel of the monitor its a goldstar tube whit a jvh products chassi. i'm thinking of calling up the company because its still around.

somebody know what to do to fix this? if you want specific pics do ask because i will have a camera in a 2 days again!
