5,-€ is ridiculous ... I'm traveling 400km (one way) with a trailer and three cabs, staying two nights in a hotel to see all you guys and the machines of course. I will not even recognize the extra 5,-€ on my bill at the end of the event So go for it and get the room ...

Great! Of course the 5 euro isn't a problem, and i can help you move the cab's the Friday before the event.

André, would it be OK to arrive on location around 10 on the day of the event?
Riddekerk is a 2hours drive from my place + Kroustibat is living 1hour from me.
If I rent a vehicule, I'll try to get it the day before but I'm afraid that in order to keep costs low, I'll have to get it in the morning of the event (and then load the cabS).
I think realistically speaking that 10/10.30am is the very best we could do as this is supposed to be a fun day, not a race.
What do you think?

Hehe, nope, if you read on the ticket im going from Gatwick to Copenhagen....

There i have to catch a train to my previously home, have dinner, sleep, load the van, drive 800+ km, hangout with you guys, drive back, unload the cabs, have dinner, sleep, visit some friends, and catch the train to copenhagen.....
