These two are my favourites:
Tempest (shape, not the stickers)

Someone made a nice faux woodgrain modern version of the tempest, which I even liked better, but can't find it anymore.
And of course Computer Space

this one is my favourite at the moment. The sideart, Marquee look so cool. The Color schemes match perfectly and I like the 3D effects.
The small figures like the witch are nice. The shape of the cab itself isnt that cool, but the artwork is just one of a kind

i also have to vote for computer space (especially the yellow version) because to me this is a piece of art!

when it comes to graphics design, there's no way around crystal castles - that cabinet is so freaking beautiful :-* :-* :-* it's probably at the top of my wanted list atm!!!

all i need is ... PONG - and a select few others: TOUCH ME, DRAGON'S LAIR, JOUST, ROBOTRON, MR DO, SAN FRANCISCO RUSH THE ROCK!!!

Does anybody know a link to that modern wood grain tempest cab from 1-2 years ago? Looks like the guy behind it erased all coverage of it in tech blogs on the net.

The Taito version of the SI cab!
Everything is decorated on this cab and I really love the shape of the monsters on the side arts.
I remember clearly trying to draw them nearly everywhere when I was a kid.
Though we only had the Midway version around in Belgium, I really think the artwork played an important part in making me want to play that game.
One day you'll be mine!!!

In a completely opposite style, I simply adore the basic and sharp look of the pong cabinet:

Let's say that I'll wear the pong during the week to go to work and I'll choose to wear the SI to have fun during the weekends.
Classics, baby, classics!

+1! Yes, of course I love those light tricks in early games a lot too, it's really magic and creative (check boot hill's background for instance).

"The Invaders" rules too, you're right, I have one in the storage but it still need a looot of TLC.
