space ace dvd on daphne ?

hello everyone ! ( excuse me for my english , i'm a french speaking person ! )

i've been reading this forum since almost a year , and 2 month ago , i decided to build my own cab !
i've already a lot of famous games running ( mamecab , sorry  ) and , i'm on a problem on daphne !
i found dragon's lair and dragon's lair 2 , and they are playable , i'm totally in love , although the 2nd episode is way different than the 1rst !
but , i can't find space ace  ! so , i put the question : is it possible to import the game from the dvd that you can run on a classic dvd player, on daphne ?

If You buy Dragon's Lair 20th Anniversary Special Edition, You take all trhee episode and, using Daphne, You can play the official DL or SA or DLII, whitout any copyright problem

- is it normal that when i run dragon's lair , the game is not always in the same order 
i explain : sometimes , the first then is the one with the ropes and the fire , but , sometimes it's when the wall is closing himself , i'm not sure i'm clear    then the others scenes are not always in the same order !

- is the quality of the dvd best than the video that we can download directly on daphne ? because the game looks way better on ipad !

Yes, the Ipad version is the HD version.

Yeah, I think you're playin' the U.S. (maybe the most common rev.F2 ?) version.

Don't forget Daphne also emulate "our" EURO versions of both Dragon's Lair and Space Ace !
So when you'll get your DVDs open Daphne DownLoader, select "European" in the DL &/or SA settings, click on "Play" and download the games ! Then you'll have to use those original DVDs to decrypt the downloaded mpegs...

When it'll be all well done...

You'll only have to play !!!

yes , i'm running the rev.f2 version ! what changes with the euro version ? when i try to run european version , i've got an error message!
i think it's because of my "little roms" set that i download on a website same time that dragons lair !

okay , i have a the dvd ! but , now , i don't know how to import it in daphne

edit: forget my stupid question  
the dvd runs great on a dvd player , but , daphne doesn't recognize it , i've download the required files , and , when it's searching for the dvd , it doesn't find it !
i must precise that all my "tests" are do on a mac computer , connected to internet , so daphne can verify the files , but , my cab will run on an other computer , which is a pc , and , when i test on the pc , which isn't connect to internet , daphne can't verify the files , and does not run the game !  
 so here's the final question : has anyone's got the  solution

Well, If I were you, I would reinstall Daphne directly from you PC computer connected to Internet. I would say you've lost some paths during the mac -> PC transfer, and some directories are now false... It shouldn't be a matter of connected / not connected to Internet IMO.

i've a vldp_dl folder , where are downloaded the files that are download on my mac .
in the subfolder "ace" i've got ace.m2v.bf  ace.ogg.bf and ace.txt
i've transfered the vldp_dl folder on my pc , and when i try to launch the game , it doesn't work.
so do you think it's a directories problem ?
i also test :- put the files in the rom folder , and indicate ace.txt as mpeg framefile , it doesn't work
                - put the files in the rom folder , rename them without the .bf , and indicate ace.txt as framefile , it doesn't work either

some precisions : on my mac , like i said , it doesn't work because of the dvd directory , but it verify the files from internet !
and , i haven't got an internet conected pc !

Just check the .log file for your error message You'll see what is the problem for sure

edit: so , always the same message "this game cannot be run , required files are missing"
but in the log file , something interesting:

"LDP-VLDP: could not parse video because file ace.m2v could not be opened
 LDP-VLDP ERROR: first video file could not be opened!
 could not initialize laserdisc player !
 shutting down sound system ...
 shutting down video display ..."

   1. Run DaphneLoader (running Daphne directly will not work)
   2. You may be prompted that a new version of DaphneLoader exists. If so, click OK to automatically update to the latest version. If not, continue to the next step.

   4. Click the Start button.

  13. You should see the Dragon's Lair introduction begin to play where the announcer says "Dragon's Lair, a fantasy adventure...". Insert two virtual coins by pressing the '5' key twice. Then press the '1' key to start the game.
  14. Use the arrow keys and the space bar to control Dirk's movements and use his sword. "

daphne doesn"t wanr me that the dvd is required , but says that required files are missing !

i think that i have find a solution : i use hyperspin for my mamecab , so i'l use daphne for the games which works , but i'll use a simple dvd player for space ace ! i'll add a wheel !
