Mmmm, weird beast. The bolts everywhere were an indication of Karateko cabs as I learned from Toobin, but that coin-door looks very much like the one on my Galaxian. However, the bezel has round buttons, so that would indicate Italian Bertolini machine.....

Sigh, if only it had two great condition P1 and P2 buttons.....
