I had a strange experience on the weight scale this morning. It was the first time I stood on it since mid december. Although I officially stopped my diet end november, I kept very cautious with what I am eating: no candy, no beer, now and then a glas of wine, a few 'oliebollen' and 'appelbeignets' with xmas, but nothing extravagant. And this resulted in another few kgs. weight loss, now -23.7 in total.

I thought that I noticed that my new pants were getting very loose, and I was right.

So it is good to realize that having healthy eating habits do work.
