i'll give the guy until the end of the week to answer my email, if i don't hear from him till then, i'm going to give him a call. i knew that communication was going to be extremely slow with him.

back from holiday. but i have a bad feeling.
for about 2 years i had an answer on my newspaper notice.
this was an old guy who had 100 machines (he said).
he was although operator in the "bundeswehr kasernen" near the country you found the warehouse.
i know his sentence till today in my ear.....
"nen fernseh apparat kannste so für 1000 haben und nen flipper für 2000. ich test die auch vorher nochmal"
in english: one arcade 1k - one pin 2k - but hey it´s tested 

but i cross the fingers that this is not the same guy....

Gotta ring him at least once a year..or put a written note in his mailbox.....you never know, things may change.....ask Alpha1 how he got his good-as-new SW cockpit....one of the best stories in the hobby so far IMHO
