Measures are at outer edge of cab, drawing straight line for from top of CP out to edge for #1, and drawing straight line from bottom piece of bezel area out to edge just like your pic.
Here's what I have:
1. 3.25 in. or 8.255 cm.
2. 4.75 in. or 12.065 cm.
