will be difficult to do, you should see the condition of the wood: a lot of swelling, holes, cracks etc.
i'll be happy if i'm able to safe the original pieces, let alone the sideart.

in that case you could slaughter out thisone, and do a scratch build with the original parts.

i believe we have somebody here that is a master in scratch builds  ;)

one thing is very nice in this case, you have all the measurements at hand !
