what amazes me even more is the fact that you're doing this in your LIVING-room. when i use the router to cut the t-molding, there's tons of saw dust flying around. i would never do that in a place like that ...

but as always:  Space Ace you're a genius when in comes to replicas!

Yes this is a problem, but I use large sheets of cellophane, and after the work I clean the whole room (double work  Shocked Undecided Tongue)
