THIS IS IT !!! VIERZON 2009 !!!



This year... the choice of the cabinet I'll take for exhibition was easy  I'm in love with the 'King Of Kong' movie  ...so no other choice than this one 



It's Friday, the 24 of April... the sun shines... It's maybe the only opportunity to take this picture of our Prunus serrulata, because the waiter will be very bad this week end.

After a ride of approx 650km, we are on location. Let's unload the beast with the help of Aspic & Zorg (members here  ), but also High Cobra   





On our stand GAMOOVER, we'll also have this rare Star Wars Arcade from Sega (1993)   



Unloading also few Japanese pachislots and also a wonderful pinball : Cirqus Voltaire

...it was during the Chailly 2007 Exhibition 

There is a TON of pinballs here... I'll check them during the week end, but I'm already in love with this one

Amazing : Here's a mother and her daughter... they played on the DK several hours... Especially the mother  She says : "It remind me my childhood  "

Vierzon is also a good opportunity for trading/selling/giving stuff...

As you can see, it's not the original joystick on that Gorf panel... it's a SEGA flight stick... I'll use it for my G-Loc

I tried all the week end to buy this Cirqus Voltaire to Misteriddler, but impossible  ...but one day, I'll find it 



The Star Wars was signed by ...Darth Vader himself last year in an other convention ... I'm jealous 



It's time for me to load the DK into the car...



Like the previous edition, this Vierzon 2009 was a great convention  It was really fun to meet other arcade/pinball fans but also fellows from Gamoover team   

For information, I didn't get back my high score on DK... but I'll start the training soon

nowadays, most of game are versus, or cooperative...



...but back in the Days, while one guy is playing, the other one wait & watch... and learn! Today, we are back in the 80's

When a game is good, no matter the graphic quality or sound... the Kids enjoy playing a good game! DK is a really really really good game 



...quiet please... high score in progress  ...



What? He scored 51.300 PTS  ... I'm done 



Ok... he's the winner of the 'contest' during this exhibition week end

Few days later... I scored too 



52100 PTS ... ok, still not a big score, but enough to be on the 1ST place in the score liste  ...

Ok, Walt Day from Twin Galaxies wasn't in my game room in order to validate my small score... but I'm happy... and more I play DK, more I appreciate it... Let's back to training now  Steve Wiebe, I'm coming
