Yeah. In fact, renting the tail-gate lift van plus gas to pick up my SW cockpit was almost the same amount and I only had to pick it up in Amsterdam, which is only about an hour drive from my home.....

Good deal. Packing could have used an extra layer or two.....but it looks like it came across just fine.

the shipping company is Blue Warter.
i don´t have a link, and i did´nt set up the deal, my brother did and got it shipped trough the company he works for, because they use them quite often, så they have a discount of some sort...

i agree, when i got my ROTJ from england i used Blue Warter, it came to arround 180€ - and that was a big!

Wow...180€!  it's almost less expensive than doing a 'UK Road Trip' (tm)  ... and specially for a cockpit, that requires a trailer or a van...

but you don't get the burger king with the shipping company
