DL limited edition cels ?

Im new to collecting cels. Just wondered how many of these exist and how much are they worth:

Wow, $1,000 for just the cel!

That one is a really interesting one… from the final scene of the game : the Dragon's Lair, and Singe (the dragon) is on a very limited number of cells (which is not the case of Dirk by example).
I wouldn't call this 'limited edition' as each frame, by nature, is unique.
The must is to have the original background! Yeah, this really makes the difference as Dazza said! 
Price is not easy to set on these… sometime quite cheap… sometime expensive as hell… it's art…
