I found this Atari Juke Box
http://www.leboncoin.fr/collection/788830049.htm
Actually I'm thinking about the possibility to buy it
I wrote to the guy but I'm not sure he can speak english.
I'd like to know the dimensions H,W,L and more or less the weight.
It is 600km far from Milano so I wanted to ask him if I can go to pick up it in the end of july / begin of august...
I accept any kind of insult
:pac: :pac: :pac:

Hi,
Too late for offering my help with French... ;)
To answer zamoth question, I guess the French like jukeboxes like many others, but as far as I know, the ATARI ones are not very popular, because they would be pretty hard to repair (especially some of them I believe...).
This model looks like the ATARI Rustica 160 !
You can find some pictures of this model here : http://www.jukebox-world.de/Forum/Archiv/Jupiter/AtariRustica.htm (http://www.jukebox-world.de/Forum/Archiv/Jupiter/AtariRustica.htm)
As you may know, the ATARI jukeboxes are the same, or close to the Jupiter and Jupimatic ones, pretty commons in France, all of them manufactured by the French company Electro-Kicker (company that became ATARI Europe in 1974 ;)) . The whole collection can be seen here : http://www.jukebox-world.de/Forum/Archiv/Jupiter/Jupiter-Bilder-Uebersicht.htm (http://www.jukebox-world.de/Forum/Archiv/Jupiter/Jupiter-Bilder-Uebersicht.htm).
I personnaly own the model ATARI Rubis 2 100 NS2, to be restored, but I haven't had a chance to look at it yet :-\.
I will look forward your acquisition/restoration if you succeed in buying this ATARI part of history :) ^- !
Take care

Hi,
If that's the dimensions of the jukebox you're waiting for, you can find them on its flyer :).
By Googling a little bit, I found one on this auction site :
http://encheres.catawiki.eu/kavels/889451-jukebox-atari-model-160-rustica-1977 (http://encheres.catawiki.eu/kavels/889451-jukebox-atari-model-160-rustica-1977)
As far as I can read on it, it would be :
Dimensions L 1135 x H 920 mm x D 625 mm, weight : 138 kg
-
138kg wow.
actually I'm not pushing because now I haven't so much time to go there to pick up it.... 680km means to spend a we in the van;
if I had time I prefer to go to spectroman
I mean... to pick up something here https://www.dragonslairfans.com/smfor/index.php?topic=6282.0
