Title: someone recognizes this Pinout?

Hi guys, I just wanted to play Wonderboy in a cab that is in my Garage since two years;-)

so I moved it in my Office, to start the cleaning and so on. I thougt there should be a Konami Pinout in the Cab, because it's an universal Zacc (of course)

but I found an (for me) unknown 22 Pinout. Starting with the Sega typicall GNG / 5V, but then nothing fits.

I only measured the GND, 5V and 12V pinouts.  

Someone has an idea about the conversion class?  or knows a site where to filter about the number of Pins?

fixed, the browser was faster then me;-)

added RGB and Sync.

I only can get one Sound pin. seems that there is a break.
