Yes, but very time consuming if you do it by hand, try Vector Magic for Windows..

It all depends on what is shown in the jpeg, i mean, this Jpeg i can transform into a vector in about 5 seconds  ;D

i want to make my model cab artwork into vectors then they can be printed/cut onto vinyl stickers - tried vector magic online converter but it just messed up the images.

can you show us an example of the file you want to have in vector format and how it was messed up?

its scaled down outrun artwork, looks fine until i vector it thru vector magic, then everything sorta jumbles together.

I think there's an option where you can chose how detailed the program makes the conversion to Vector...
