Yes, I found this extremely rare machine. It is not Buck Rogers, but the universal cockpit with the same cool yoke and the same side art.
The machine has NO pcb, but everything else is still in there.
One interesting detail: I thought there was some tape on the top of the side but when I started pulling it a bit it turned out that it is the original protect film from the factory !!!!
So...it MAYBE it can come out VERY nice.
I have some feeling that this machine may never have been actually used, but not sure.

I have never seen one like this before. Never. Only the add that Time Pilot put up in the Zaccaria thread:

As you can see the side-art is identical to Buck Rogers, but the rear window is "blank". Also the bezel is different (generic) with locations to put game instructions on the sides.
This is another indication making me think there has never been a game in this machine....no instruction labels. Of course, no guarantee, but this combined with the missing PCB, still intact protective film....it may have been unused....
The monitor is also the original Hantarex. PSU is in there and also 2 speakers. I forgot to check for coin-mechs. There seems to be a hole right next to the yoke. No idea what should be there (coin-mech ?)
I also don't remember if there was a gas-pedal or not.
I guess this is a Jamma machine since that add mentions "Universal cockpit" and "Mit jedem TV-spiel zu bestucken" which translates to: can play any videogame....
I think I remember seeing pics of the Buck Rogers cab that was split in two parts, so I guess this one comes apart too, which makes it easier to transport.

Anyway, i think it belongs in Hungary at bela's zacc museum ;D
he must be crazy to let this go, probably the last change to get one i think..

I am very sure he has good reasons for this, as I know he would love to add it to his collection. However, he said the most important thing was that it would be saved.
So that's why I posted it now.
Now, the price, I promise you, will be no problem to anyone. The thing I worry about more is that the seller is pretty keen on "getting rid" off it....
We MUST rescue this one...I have no space for it though...

@Vnera: can't comment on that right now until the Zacc is safe. Don't build up any high hopes, everything else there was junk. Generic cabs etc.

Way too old for Jamma, unless it is provided with a Jamma adapter ;)
Most Zaccs that I have seen in the past came wired Konami style.
Anyway, that should not be the problem ;D

Its gone be saved thats out of the question. When i sad i wast the moost crazy for this cabinet i meant that i'm not near as crazy for its as for example Bela ore PaulSwan for them this is a grail for me its just a awesome cabinet. and knowing how rare it is its only fair the get the first chance to buy it. if they pas i would love to have it.

I have no idea about measurements....I could try to drive up there tomorrow afternoon...depending on work...

Also, the price I'm pretty sure it won't be a problem, I'll do some negotiation when I'm there again, they seemed pretty eager to get rid of it... the asking price was 200 Euro.

First of all I'm sending my huge thanks to André, that he caught me on vacation and informed me about this Zacc. ;)
It's a really rare one and seems like in factory mint condition (under the dust), so I would be very happy if somebody can catch this. :spaceace:
As most of you know, I tried my best to save everything I can in the past few years (especially Zaccs), but it's really impossible for me this time. :-\
I also realized, that from now I must focus only on Zaccs, that this does not happen anymore.
(of course, I will not resist if somebody offer a Star Wars or Tron, but nothing else) ;D

I happened to be in the neighborhood and checked back, the cockpit is still there. However, I checked a bit further on the protective film, and I'm not 100% sure that it still covers the entire sides...anyway, the sides look pretty good already.
I'm also happy to let you guys know I managed to get the price to something I would call RIDICULOUSLY low for a rare machine like this.... €100 !!!! (The buyer is free to pay "commission" to me for negotiations ;))
I also checked the "new stuff" that would be coming in....what a pile of shit !!! Absolutely nothing of interest regretfully.
About the measurements....didn't have a tape measure, but I'd say it's more or less the PP measures, maybe a little less high.

Just waiting on the courier getting back to me with a pickup date now. This is really exciting. These days I don't find a new Zac cab too often :)
The cab is missing the bottom bracket that holds the monitor glass in place, so I'm hoping the seller can properly secure the control panel & glass so it doesn't get broken in transit :(
The wiring does not match Buck Rogers so it's had some other game in it. The accelerator pedal assembly is missing and so is the wiring so I think it wasn't used for the game that was in it - I'm gradually working through the various pinouts to see if it matches anything. From Andre's pictures it looks like the last few pins are...
GND, (nc), Sync, Green, Red
...and blue is on the other side of red so I'm looking for a 44 pinout with video in that order. Maybe I should offer a prize for guessing the pinout right ;D

Didn't notice the bracket but I was already worried about the bezel because it is glass.Maybe we could use Etienne's patented bezel suitcase ? But where is it now ? I think Belike has it ?
Let me know the pickup date as soon as you know, maybe I can check out how they pack it (or help) before it gets picked up. I will feel a lot better when it will be safe in your hands...

I could go there and remove it and pack it myself. I think it should fit (packed) in the back area.
I REALLY don't want to let this arrive broken...

In a cockpit there should be no reason for it to get broken - unlike the uprights it's not really exposed - in another picture it looks like the missing bottom bracket and the screws are in the back of the cabinet so it just needs the control panel and bracket putting back on. I suspect the most secure place for the glass would be properly fitted in the cab in this case...
Notice how this glass is different from the Buck Rogers glass? The art is different and allows the monitor to be rotated.

BTW, the shipping I've requested is for whole shipping so if the cab is soundly assembled I'm hoping it can be moved whole.

Yes I was expecting it to be moved whole too. No need to take it apart, it's very sturdy (I lifted it to "weigh" it and moved it a bit to take the pics.) I would definitely not take it apart.
Didn't notice the bracket. I'll see if I can drive up there to fix it before it's wrapped...

Yeah, a few months is nothing relatively speaking compared to the 10 years or so I've been in the US and my Zac's have been in the UK :(

Someone suggested that the wiring in the cockpit might be the Brabo/Eurogame pinout but I've not managed to find a copy of the pinout online. Does anyone have this pinout?

Brabo I heard of, thought it was a big distributie in Belgium.

According to a friend in the UK it was a generic Dutch wiring standard. I've seen some old posts in other forums reffering to it as the Brabo or Eurogame standard (i.e. cabinets were produced with this standard connector and adaptors used for the various games).
