My name is Frans, I'm 40 years old and I live in Zoetermeer in The Netherlands.
I own half of a Television News crew company, with 4 crews, and am also a cameraman myself, hence the nickname.
I have a passion for Retro videogames, 8 and 16 bit homecomputers and consoles and arcade machines.
I own a Mortal Kombat III, Rad Mobile upright, generic Jamma cab, 2 Outrun classic uprights, one mini Outrun upright and one White Turbo Outrun Deluxe sit-down which was featured in Retrogamer magazine a couple of months ago.
As my wife is having a baby somewhere around September 1st, I have to clear out parts of the house, therefore I''m hoping to sell those upright Outruns and the Rad Mobile to people who'll fix them up. The Rad Mobile needs a new podmeter in the steering wheel and one in the gas pedal.

Almost forgot to mention I also own about 100 pcb's, some working and some not...

That is not a bad idea, when is Eurocade taking place? As we are preferred supplier for SBS6 I might be able to get Hart van Nederland interested in an item on this...

I just found out Eurocade is on September 3rd. Since I've probably just become a father around that time I will probably have to send one of my minions to do the filming if this is going to be a news item... That sucks as he won't be into the subject matter the same way as I... Still I think it'll still be a fun news-item for SBS6...

Hi Frans and welcome to the forum that can move any mountains (you'll soon understand that).
Nice collection... but you'd better keep on stocking up arcade cabs for your little one when he'll be old enough to hold a joystick.
That's the excuse I'm using usually  ;)

a very warm welcome here, you will enjoy it. and yes, another dutchie!  :)  I wonder why you guys keep hiding all these years in this little country.  ;D

Anyway, a SBS6 newsitem would be awesome, as Etienne said. It would be great if we could show the Dutch public a bit about our loved hobby.
