I found this listing about 200 pieces of some kind of "antenna video signal switcher", the price is just 3 euro for all.

Only if you have an unmodded Atari 2600 (which I don't recommend ;)) AND analogue TV from cable (or the sky) and want to switch between them.... ;)

I remember to have one in the past to switch the cable tv and c64 on my old black and white tv  ;D
