it's real but it's a medal game made by capcom. Still looks very nice!

I think it's a digital medal game. You play new super mario bros wii, get in each others way and earn medals (tokens). Those medals can be exchanged for prices like a stuffed super mario bros figure or candy.

Seems like a newer version of the cab you own,  pretty cool if true!
