Post by: Muerto on November 28, 2010, 06:05:17 PM
I have been following the thread on KLOV (http://forums.arcade-museum.com/showthread.php?t=126766) and decided to try it out...
Damn that program is easy, heres what i have done in no time, yes, the walls are missing etc, but the setup is quite accurate.....

Only missing the Exidy Circus, and the rite Daytona USA..... (and my cust BB and RI)
Maby Nono and Erik, and others will find this little program use full....

You have to tweak the display style a bit. It is still in old-school architect-sketch simulation, with awkward continuing corners. Never understood why they wanted me to draw like that at the University. It looks butt ugly. Also there is an option to remove edges on curved faces. Right-click the object and choose smooth faces.

yeah, I followed that topic on KLOV also, downloaded the prog last week but didn't have the time yet to try it out. Will be handy though for my interior gameroom desing.

@Barry, thanks for the link, very nice.  :)

I made it in aprox 10 minutes, but i Think it's because the movement etc. is done the same way in AutoCAD...

Why don't you put in some arcade carpet? 8)

 or
(http://www.astrocarpetmills.com/images/THUMBS/MardisGras.jpg)

or

Right click "save as" and the add it as a new texture by right clicking in the colours after selecting the paint bucket.

not at all actually, it´s pretty strait forward...
But if i was you, ill start by making simple things.... adding textures can be tricky..., they have to be the exact size in CM/MM as the model, or at least a size you can divide a hole number in...
