I SO much regret letting go a Seeburg Bandshell USC1 about a year ago.....
I had actually agreed to buy it, it was only 200 euro's and it was FULL of singles that came free, plus there were loads more that were included in the deal. It was almost like buying a lot of singles and getting the jukebox for free....
There were technical problems with it though and after searching and reading internet docs I felt that I might not be able to fix an ancient machine like that....
Of course, now I never see this model again for that price :(
The USC2 is also pretty nice, there's one of those for sale right now, but also not working.
I've been looking at closed 70's boxes because I simply can't afford an open one, and off all the one's I've seen, I like the bandshells the best....

Mine´s is way more simple that that, and not so fancey but it works...
I used an old 4:3 computer monitor, made a bracket and screwed it on the wall.. and an old computer and that´s it :)
Took a pic when i started the thread yesterday ;D

You know what would be awesome. touch screen.
-
yeah i know! - i thought about that, but i got this old monitor laying around... ;)
-
if its a 15" flatscreen that you have there, i still have a piece of glass here with a matrix inside inc usb controller i think its 15" or 14", not sure
i never use is , as a matter of fact, i even dont know its working, so i like to donate that to you.
maybe youre hany enough to get it working, (finding drivers etc.etc.)
im sure you will be at one of the openings from level 42 or ckong, so maybe i can bring it there
or if someone of the dutch members is sending you a package , this can be included
so its a glass panel that you put in front of your flatscreen, and it should work
let me know if youre interrested.
i will look tomorow in my attic, if i can find it and if i find it i will give the details and pics.

are you blind you twit? ;D

Oh man, spend a few bucks and at least give it this to make it look a bit more classy....:

I mean it looked pretty nice without the keyboard....seriously, I'm just jealous because I still haven't got my Jamma cab/Jukebox running in the gameroom ;)

@Etienne [NL]
I would love to get rid of the keyboard, so i gladly take your offer! :spaceace:
@André

but youre right! - TTIWWP

as i said, i took a look in my attic
sjeeez, i can tell you now that this place is not the best place to be when the sun is 30 degrees outside !
but mission acomplished !
at first i found the controller, and later in another box i found the matrix
its complete, but as i said before, i never used it, never hooked it up , and i did not search for the drivers so i have no idea if its working, so no garanties here ;) :D
I can tell you that it says 3M touch systems, so maybe the drivers from 3M that we use in my job for the touchscreens that we have there work.
i took some measurements:
42,2 cm (i started at 10)
38,2 cm viewable area wich is 15"
Proper packaging ready for shipment 8)
if there is sombody who is shipping something to muerto, please contact me , so this can travel along..
or if you like to pay the postage muerto, thats ok with me too ofcourse
-
i will gladly pay the postage, then i need either your paypal og bank information :)
-
That's by far the best solution ! :)
-
PM me your physical adres where i can send it, and then i'll ask here in the postoffice what will be the price.
in the PM i wil give you the details of my paypal and then you have a challenge of getting this to work :D
