Pretty steep offer for it IMHO. Loveley cab and rare, but is the game any fun ? It's a licensed game from Kaneko. (Fly-Boy is the original name of the game). Atari only had the rights to sell this game in Europe, according to this flyer:

I love this line from the ad:
