Title: Backdoor sheets :: call for participation
Post by: Zorg on November 24, 2009, 10:50:36 AM
As an artwork and paperworks arcade related fan, and as a maniac of original restoration. I always want to have all the final touch for the project, including some that no one will ever know or see. eg the backdoor sheet that where stapled on most of hte cabs.

Unfortunatly, most of the cabs we can get nowadays misses those backdoor sheet, so I started collecting an cleaning scans form those precious sheet, and i've set up an online library for the shake of archiving and preserving some hard to find sheets.

you can check it over there: Backdoor sheet repository (http://vectorlib2.free.fr/BackDoorSheet/) (edited by Nuno to fix the link)

Now I'm caling the fellow collectors on this forum, if you have acces to some backdor sheet on your cabs, please, please take the time to scan it. once I can have acces to the scans I'll be cleaning it and add it to the repo.

Of course, getting the scan printed, won't be as authentic as the original sheet, but as you say in french faute de grives on mange de merles.

thanks for any contribution, you may provide.
