Another important thing for the project, a semi-new TV (Bluesky of course ): after a short roadtrip (40km total) here is the TV (paid 40€), the seller has used it 2-3 times : great image quality: ready for new project:

I have enjoyed reading your posts on your replica builds. I have done a few replica builds like you before and track and field was one I started to do some some prelim work on a couple of years ago. Like you I collected all the parts and managed to get some dimensions with some help on the BYOAC website. See my post http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=66709.0. Some of the dimensions I got there might help you out. I used the dimensions gained form BYOAC and by using the side art to work out the curves managed to make a MDF template for the sides. That is as far as I got with the project as I seem to have spent the last 2 years flying from New York to London every week as part of my work. I have been thinking of finally finishing my project at the end of the summer so I look forward to watching how you get on.

Interesting project, this game is a sure party winner. Are you going to have other games in it? like: Hyper sports, 88 games, Gold Medalist, Field Day, Recordbreaker (4 buttons?). Thanks for posting pictures of all your projects...

After several searches on the web ( www.centuri.net - very interesting), I realized that the cab of gyruss and track & field are very similar, minus the shape ... Of course I'll help you ... but the Gyruss is between my Dragon's Lair and the Rolling Thunder... and, just in front of them : the Huge G-Loc Cockpit, see ... so it'will be very difficult for me to access the cabinet for the moment
