Motorola M7000 transistors
« on: November 02, 2016, 05:26:15 PM »
Having a bit of trouble identifying the 3 transistors sitting on the sides of the M7000 chassi card.

They read

7696
7066

&

A8W
H
7631

&

B2V
7713

----------------

I have tried to cross reference replacements to these but can't find them anywhere. Would appreciate if someone could steer me in the right direction

Thank you

Those are production date codes.

7713 = week 13 from 1977 etc.

So leave that off when googling and you're sure to find something. Google the type number  followed by the word transistor.

According to the below post, B2V should cross to NTE-162 and A8W to NTE-130.
