I just came back with my wife and son of 13 and we all enjoyed it.
Yeah, it's not Oscar stuff but we went in with low expectations but it wasn't that terrible...we had some simple fun....nothing wrong with that.

The best part was after the movie two boys of about 7-8 or so were discussing Sonic, one saying he was his favorite video game character....so I said yeah but Sonic didn't yet exist in 1982, and the other little fellow said....yeah that was what I was about to say to him.....

I asked how they liked the movie and they liked it too....and those kids probably never touched a real arcade classic.

Funny, i went also today with Joyce and Xander.

Even it was in english, he still enjoyed it, but i needed to translate sometimes some things.

I liked it also, not real bad, but cheesy enough to enjoy it  :D

Need to see in theatre....always better.....I love seeing cabs on the big screen......yeah even if they have LCD's ....... :S

anyone notice the non-1982 arcade character that was in the movie even though the game wasnt released in arcades until 1985??

Minor detail.

The biggest "mistake" is the whole thing about cheating those old arcade games....which as we all know is not possible....

Just noticed that Pixels still has a (one) showing today at the biggest movie theater in Rotterdam......not too shabby I expected it to be out much earlier.... OK it's at a crazy time but it's still there while it premiered about 2 months ago.

Thinking back about it.....could this one turn into one of those "cult" movies like Tron  ?
