Back in 2nd of August 2015 when I saw the PIXELS movie for the very first time...

...I've seen that wonderful and huuuuge standee in front the entrance  Kiss  arrow

...and I thought how cool this would be to have this such thing in my game room!  Tongue

This is not the first time I got such standee, I got a Tron Legacy one few years ago, remember here  arrow

So I contacted once again the cinema and explain to my contact my huge interest about the Pixels movie in general (I LOVE THAT MOVIE!!!), and that standee specifically.
Few weeks later, I got the green light to pick it up!  Space Ace UTOPOLIS Kirchberg Rulez!!!!  Space Ace

Here we go, exactly one month later, 2nd of September 2015  Cool  arrow

It's less then 10 minutes away from my work place...cool! Cool

He we are... the UTOPOLIS cinema complex, based in Luxembourg... the best complex around! I watch all the movies here since its opening, in 1996. Clean, secure, movies in original language version, and the best popcorn around!  Kiss  arrow

So here am I, in front of the Standee...Christ, it's huge!!!
Cool... it's located in a discrete area... So I won't have to disassemble it in front of hundred persons!  Grin  arrow

I told you, it's really huuuge!  Shocked  arrow

Disassembling process...

It took me almost 1h30 to disassemble it. I wanted to be extra careful and take my time to figure out how to do it in the right order, without damaging anything.
Oh, and because I was alone on this adventure, I had to walk over the entire cinema complex three times (in/out) with huge parts  oppps
But the job is done, and all the parts are now inside my car  Wink  arrow

No more Pixels Standee there  Tongue  arrow

Did you spot that one? How cool is that, huh!  Shocked  Kiss Kiss Kiss  arrow

I would kill to bring that to my daughter, but as you can guess, such stuff is not available...  Undecided

Anyway, me extremely happy...  Grin

...all the parts (and PIXELS posters bonus by the way!) are now safe inside my game room...

Next step, finding Nemo a spot for this Standee inside the game room and re-assemble the beast!  Smiley

do you have enough space for the standee ?

Well, not easy to find free space for a such monster, but I fortunately have enough space at the moment inside the V1 game room, where I've just rebuilt the standee  Cool

Really really really huge!  arrow

Of course, what else than Pac Man to put against that standee  Grin   pacman  Ghost Ghost Ghost Ghost

I guess in a l8ter stage, I'll move the standee inside the V3, but for now... I love that Pac Man 'area'!  Kiss
