So you want to bring a cab from Budapest to Belgium.

I have no clue what international transports are; I had 2 cabs delivered within Germany by Iloxx and it was ~120€.
You should be prepared for something around 200 Euros (at least)

You have to find a shipping company either in Belgium or in Hungary.

Try Google search "private shipping from hungary" in your native language (French, I guess)
