quasar -5v issue
« on: November 05, 2014, 11:35:46 PM »
When I plug my quasar pcb I can see that -5v is shorted.
2708 are ok and in the first eprom line there are 2716

Are there rams somewhere that use that voltage? Or other suggestions?
