Still very much in the vibe, I'll put my pics down here. Unfortunately my camera didn't work, so I only made a few pics with my phone Sad

Like last year, I was going to get a cab with me from the attic. I got it downstairs. But when I plugged it a big bang was heared and the lights went off in the house

So I came without a cab  Angry Angry just entering through the front entrance at Friday

I had a look in the Gametainer

Inside some work still was done by the EC crew

And one cab already passed out before the fun started

Good to see a MK2 available again this year without the crazy work for me Grin

Note to the owner: please put other revision roms in it. 2.1 sucks big time, because it misses features and is filled with bugs. Go with 3.2

I went to see a discussion: " are videogames cultural heritage?"

The rest of the day I played some games before I checked in my hotel room

The highlight of the evening was this... looking good Andre Grin

We talked and drank  and had some pizza with a German, Dutch, Italian, Belgium bunch

This was day one, in fact the only day I took a lot pics with my phone, because the next day my friend Laurent would bring my camera (I forgot it of course)

These are some pics of the other 2 days

Ze Germans Grin playing one of the coolest games off them all

Boot Hill: a very pretty cab

Mr Eurocade playing Defender

Missile Command

Some real excitement at the Quiz

The nr 1 gimmick of RGE 14 IMHO

A kid playing the Out Run DX

My new found love, the SWC

Me playing Bishi Bashi

Was this one posted yet?

I wondered that too myself...maybe just nobody plugged it in anymore ? I hope so :S

Hope it was OK we moved it there.....IMHO it was looking freaking awesome there and we couldn't play it because the steering didn't work so...

Hope to play it at your place sometime Wink

Of course I kept my promise, I usually do... Cheesy And I had no problems at all with it....The German team was definitely one of the best on the tournament  Grin Grin Grin Grin Tongue Tongue Tongue Tongue Tongue

And mmmm...I really don't want to brag but even I had to look twice to realize that was actually me in that picture ! Smiley

The picture with the defender, you can clearly see I'm not playing but still being completely puzzled by that fucked up control scheme.
The only thing "playing" Defender on the arcade cab makes me do is wonder WHY WHY WHY....this is also because I never played (or saw) a Defender machine BITD but also because I played Archer McLean's fantastic Dropzone on the A8 a lot, which shows Defender can be done with regular 8 way joystick, fire button and the space bar for the smart-bomb....

Sorry PRC, but very awesome we had it at the event, definitely a classic that a lot of people enjoyed !!
