To my mind you can add an extra chapter for the CPs.

P.e. Hyper Olympics is just a CP swap, no dedicatedt marquee or bezel.

If you all have Zaccaria's CPO, please SCAN them; in fact some of them are unusual and I'd like to have a sort of repository of known graphics

Did you notice that the yoke handle grips on yours are different to the ones on mine? Mine has what looks like twin "Tron" style grips:
