Pffffff......bunch of amateurs there.....so sorry guys....

The only guess I can make is that there is some central booking office for that hotel chain and that they do not know about the deal, somehow.....and again....

Pieter, it's time to stop being nice I guess.....we are a big and important customer for them for that weekend and this should be solved. We cannot keep having to contact them for every booking that goes wrong......not blaming you of course  ;D

Tried to book a room in the hotel...entered EUROCADE in promotion code...doesn't work. Do I have to contact them via email or is it also possible with their online system?
